When you make a booking with us via our website or mobile app, we will send you a booking confirmation email that includes all your booking and flight details.
If you lose your confirmation email and need a new one, simply sign in using the email address and password you used for the original booking. From there, you can select your booking under 'View Bookings' where you'll find the option to 'Resend booking confirmation email' in the Payment Details section of your booking.
To receive a payment confirmation, simply sign in using the email address and password you used for the original booking. From there, you can select your booking under 'View Bookings', where you'll find the option to 'Request payment confirmation (PDF)' in the Payment Details section of your booking.
You'll receive an email with a PDF attachment sent to the email address associated with your booking. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the email to arrive.
If you need to update the name and/or address on the payment confirmation, ensure you update your contact information in your account details before requesting the confirmation.
If you made your booking via easyJet holidays, a travel agent or another third party, please contact them directly for a copy of your payment confirmation as our Customer Services team will be unable to do that for you.
If you made your booking through our Customer Services team, you won't be able to request this online. Instead, please contact us directly to have a payment confirmation sent to you.
If you have booked directly with us via our website or mobile app you can request a VAT receipt online. Simply sign in using the email address and password you used for the original booking. From there, you can select your booking under 'View Bookings', where you'll find the option to 'Request VAT invoice (PDF)' in the Payment Details section of your booking.
You'll receive an email with a PDF attachment sent to the email address associated with your booking. Please note that it may take up to 28 days for the invoice to be generated and sent.
If you made your booking through a travel agent or third party, you will need to request the VAT invoice directly from them.
If you booked at the airport or through our Customer Services team, you can request a VAT invoice by completing our 'Contact Us' form. Select the 'VAT invoice' option from the 'Your Question' dropdown menu.
