Lust auf einen Sommerurlaub an der Costa Dorada? Nimm einen Direktflug von easyJet vom Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg oder Basel nach Barcelona. Von dort aus dauert es mit dem Auto ungefähr 1 Stunde bis an die Costa Dorada.
Costa Dorada heißt so viel wie „Goldküste“ auf Spanisch. Wenn du eine Auszeit am Strand buchen willst, hast du dir also den richtigen Ort ausgesucht. Mit honiggelbem Sand auf über 80 km und 36 Stränden mit Blauer Flagge entlang der katalonischen Küste ist ein Urlaub an der Costa Dorada einfach paradiesisch. Die Region südwestlich von Barcelona ist mit ihrer Mischung aus belebten Badeorten, bezaubernden Fischerdörfchen, strahlend sauberem Wasser, reichem Kulturerbe, palmengesäumten Promenaden und kopfsteingepflasterten Gassen ein großartiges Reiseziel für Familien.
Ein Costa Dorada-Urlaub bietet etwas für jeden Geschmack. In der Küstenstadt Salou, wo auch Spaniens größter Freizeitpark beheimatet ist, kannst du die Kinder leicht bei Laune halten. Etwas ruhiger ist es in dem hübschen Städtchen La Pineda, das für silbrigen Sand und ruhiges, seichtes Wasser bekannt ist. Auf der Suche nach etwas Kultur wirst du in der Hafenstadt Tarragona fündig, die einst die Hauptstadt dieser historischen römischen Provinz war. Hier findest du ein bemerkenswertes römisches Amphitheater und jahrhundertealte Aquädukte, aber auch gesellige, mit lauter Cafés gesäumte Plätze. Auch kulinarisch geht es hier hoch her. In dem Fischerdorf Cambrils gibt es gleich zwei Restaurants mit einem Michelin-Stern, während die ganze Küste für Gerichte mit Fisch und Meeresfrüchten berühmt ist. Auch ein Großteil des spanischen Cava wird in den Weinbaugebieten der hiesigen Gegend produziert. Im Costa Dorada-Urlaub geht die Post ab!
