Tranquil, village-style hotel on Crete’s north coast
Designed in the style of a traditional Cretan village, this charming hotel pairs comfort with style across its homely and spacious studios, apartments and maisonettes.
Each one is air conditioned and comes with a balcony or terrace and a well-equipped kitchenette, giving you the flexibility of being able to dine in whenever you fancy. You can also enjoy delicious Cretan and Mediterranean dishes at the hotel’s restaurant, which offers a plentiful buffet spread for breakfast and dinner and an à la carte service for lunch.
Whenever you fancy a swim or a few hours relaxing in the sunshine, take your pick from three outdoor pools (there are another two for children) or take a short stroll to the sandy beach, which is less than five minutes away. There’s an indoor pool, too, which is heated during April and October. You’ll also find an array of bars and tavernas nearby if you feel like heading out for a drink or something to eat.
For a change of scene, hop on the bus to the centre of Rethymnon – one of the best preserved old towns in Crete, known for its picturesque Venetian harbour, cobbled lanes and 16th-century castle. Alternatively, hire bikes and explore the area on two wheels.
Please note that due to the layout of the hotel, public areas and rooms may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
