Affiliates Programme

At easyJet holidays, we offer great-value beach, city, and lakes holidays to more than 100 destinations across Europe and beyond. Every one of our packages is ABTA and ATOL protected and comes with our unrivalled flexibility including; just a £60pp deposit and the option to spread the cost for free. Our package holidays include flights and hotel and on all beach destinations, 23kg baggage and transfers are also included. 

Publisher Content

Publishers must only share deals which have been approved by easyJet holidays. If we find content which is not approved and publishers fail to remove it, we will decline all commissions and the publisher risks suspension of the program.

Branding

easyJet holidays must be written "easyJet holidays" at all times ensuring that the capital letter is in the correct place and that "holidays" is always written. We reserve the right to decline commissions where this has not been communicated effectively to site visitors.

Additionally, please ensure you are using the correct easyJet holidays logo (not the easyJet logo). If you are unsure, please contact the easyJet holidays affiliate team for clarification.

If you have a category based site, easyJet holidays must be promoted in the Holidays category and not the Flights category.

Any copy and/or images you wish to use to promote easyJet holidays, must be signed off by a member of our affiliate team first.

PPC policy

easyJet holidays do not allow brand bidding on their affiliate programme. Please ensure that no brand related keywords are used in any paid search campaign.

We have extensive PPC restrictions in place, so please review the PPC section of our terms and the document with all the keywords you are not allowed to bid on before joining our programme.

Affiliates are not permitted to bid on any brand terms or misspellings, or to include these terms in any search string or display url on any pay per click search engines (including but not limited to Google AdWords, Google Content Network, Bing & Yahoo Network, Yandex, Overture, Miva, Mirago, AOL search, duckduckgo, Baidu etc.)

For the avoidance of doubt, the use of any of the search terms detailed and as either a keyword or in the display URL of any PPC ad, is prohibited.

To ensure that you do not appear on any search strings that include easyJet holidays brand name, please make sure that the detailed terms in the file attached are negatively matched in all PPC campaigns.

Affiliates may not use any of the following as Display URLs in the display URL of pay per click adverts:

www.easyjet.com

www.easyjet.com/en/holidays or www.easyjet.com/holidays

www.easyjet.com/en/holiday or www.easyjet.com/holiday

It is also absolutely prohibited to add easyJet as standalone term or any of the following terms to your root Display URL in combination with easyJet term: holiday, holidays

Examples: easyjet.yourdomain.com or term.easyjet.yourdomain.com:

holidays.easyjet

holiday.easyjet

This is not restricted to upper- or lowercase sensible and apply therefore to both upper or lower case Display URLs.

Anyone found infringing on these terms will be contacted by the easyJet holidays Affiliate Team. Please note anyone found contravening the T&C’s may have their commissions declined and face suspension from the programme.

In extreme circumstances easyJet holidays reserve the right to immediately suspend any affiliates found contravening these terms and conditions, declining any commissions accrued from the activity.

Please note affiliates are not permitted to bid on Brand + Generic Keywords, this include Brand + Voucher code terms.

Any affiliates who breach these terms will have commissions declined and may face suspension from the programme.

Use of Voucher Codes

easyJet holidays do not currently support Discount Codes on their website.

Affiliates may only promote codes that are provided through the easyJet holidays affiliate programme. Only generic codes supplied through the Affiliate Window account are authorised for use by all affiliates.

Codes supplied directly to an affiliate are authorised only for their use.

Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any voucher codes, in instances where a code and cashback have been used in conjunction the commission for the cashback will be declined.

easyJet holidays reserve the right to withhold payment of commission if non-authorised voucher codes are used in an affiliate sale. We appreciate that consumers may use voucher codes that they have found via a site other than that which is awarded the sale. This will be investigated before decisions on commission payment are made. Any affiliate found to be displaying unauthorised codes may also have their commission set to zero until the code(s) are removed.

Where voucher codes are issued with an expiry date this should be clearly displayed, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired after this date, unless you are advised otherwise. Any affiliates displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the programme. Please also ensure that you observe all IAB voucher code best practice guidelines.

The below Ts and Cs should be added to all voucher codes that are displayed:

“This voucher code cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code”

Anyone listing a voucher code inaccurately as “easyJet” and not “easyJet holidays” will be deemed to be purposely misleading customers and will be dealt with very seriously.

Site content

If your site contains, or includes, any of the following, you will not be eligible to join the easyJet holidays affiliate programme:

* Hate/offensive/violent content

* Lewd/pornographic content

* Extreme religious or political content

* Abusive or irresponsible promotion of Alcohol, Tobacco or Drugs

* Use of the word "sex" gratuitously or excessively

Other conditions

Affiliates are not allowed to promote “easyJet holidays” through automatic redirects.

All Transactions must be made in the UK.

All Transactions must be a package holiday: flight + hotel and/or other ancillaries.

Payments and Transaction Queries

Partners are required to confirm all proposed costs within a maximum of 30 days following the end of each month. Any costs not confirmed within this 30-day period will not be accepted for that month and will be considered forfeited.

Customers must submit any claims for transaction queries within 30 days following their departure date. Claims made after this 30-day period will not be accepted.
