Villa Eliza

A short, downhill stroll from the shingles of Blue-Flagged Skala Beach, Villa Eliza is an idyllic self-catering getaway that comes with a side of authentic Greek hospitality. A family-run villa set amongst nearly two acres of gardens – which are home to the family’s vegetable patch as well as their cohort of chickens and rabbits – peace and quiet won’t be hard to come by here.

Charming stone paths weave their way around the grounds, and make the ideal route for a relaxing morning stroll. There are plenty of great spots to plonk yourself and get lost in a good book, too, including the terrace, which is home to small but perfectly formed pool. If the crystal-clear waters of the Med are calling your name, meanwhile, the beach is less than five minutes’ stroll away. Swim, sunbathe, or get stuck into the range of water sports on offer – the choice is yours.
