Macedonia Hotel

You’ll find the Hotel Macedonia on a quiet street in Kalamaki, a resort town with a long, sandy beach that’s lapped by shallow turquoise waters. This beach is protected by the National Marine Park, as it’s the nesting spot for the caretta caretta sea turtle – look out for them popping their heads out of the Ionian Sea.

The hotel is well located – you can be rolling your towel out on the beach after a five-minute walk, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. If you fancy sampling Zante’s nightlife, Laganas is within easy reach. A five-minute cab ride will take you to the heart of the resort, where you’ll find a string of buzzing bars and clubs.
