Making changes to your holiday

28 days or more from departure:

As part of our ultimate flexibility, you can make changes to your holiday with ease and low change fees right the way up to 28 days before you travel.

However you make the change, if your new holiday is cheaper following the amend, your final balance will reduce. If you've already paid more than your new balance, you'll be refunded the difference in price to your original payment method. If your holiday price increases or there are any additional supplier charges, you’ll have until 28 days before you go to pay the difference, including any change fees.


27 days or fewer from departure:

You can only make changes this close to departure through our contact centre and the following will apply:

27 – 3 days: A change fee of £40 per person, alongside any supplier charges as well as any increase in cost.

On or within two days: Cancellation fees apply.

Change of dates or destination

27-21 days: A change fee of £40 per person, alongside any supplier charges as well as any increase in cost.

On or within 20 days: Cancellation fees apply. 

Remove customer from the booking

Cancellation fees apply for the customer being removed.

 

No refund or price reduction will be given for any changes made on or within 27 days before you go. 

Change fees won’t apply to free child places on the booking, but there might be supplier charges for some amendments. 

Change fees will apply to any infants on the booking.
