Nestled in southwestern Sicily, Marinella di Selinunte is a charming coastal village known for its extensive ancient Greek archaeological remains. A small but vibrant seaside resort, its marina is home to bobbing blue and white boats, plus a lively local fish market that hosts a theatrical auction each morning. 

When you want to unwind on the beach, you can take your pick from the popular Lido Porta del Sole in the west, or the unspoiled Spiaggia La Pineta in the east, which forms the start of the Foce Del Belice Nature Reserve. There’s also a handful of restaurants serving traditional Sicilian food, with beachfront venues offering dreamy ocean views.
