Luxurious hideaway in Marrakech Medina

Tucked away in Marrakech Medina – the Unesco World Heritage-listed old city, replete with ornate mosques, palaces, souks and squares – Angsana Riads Collection is no ordinary hotel. It comprises six traditional, Riad-style guest houses built around open courtyards, exuding an authentic Moroccan ambience that’s fully in keeping with its historic surroundings.

Jemaa el-Fnaa, the main square and market place, is only a 10-15 minute stroll away, while Bahia Palace, one of Marrakech’s most resplendent architectural jewels, is just around the corner. When you’re not exploring, the hotel’s spa is a delightful spot for relaxation and rejuvenation, with a hammam and a whole host of soothing treatments on offer, including massages, body scrubs and face masks. There are several plunge pools, too, perfect for cooling off from the heat – or perhaps you'd prefer to unwind on the rooftop sun terrace. The choice is yours.

Embrace the sumptuous flavours of Moroccan cuisine at the on-site restaurant, served in a romantic courtyard – think tagines, couscous dishes and plenty more. The food will no doubt be one of the highlights of your trip, whether you choose to eat in or in one of the plethora of characterful restaurants dotted throughout the medina.

The rooms here are a delight, too, featuring traditional artwork, tadelakt walls, zellige tiles and intricately carved stucco that pays homage to the building’s 19th century architectural heritage while providing all the modern comforts needed for a luxurious stay.

If you have booked and paid for a transfer as part of your package, please be aware that the transfer drop-off/pick-up point is approx. 250m away. You'll need to carry your luggage, too. This is due to the central location of Angsana Riads Collection Marrakech and the surrounding narrow streets.
