You’ll find the Apartamentos Arena Dorada in Puerto Del Carmen, just a couple of minutes from the huge swathe of sand that is Playa Grande. It’s also in a very a central part of the resort, so you’ve got plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within a five-minute walk of the property.

Back at the hotel, it’s all about chilling out poolside. There’s a sun-soaked terrace topped with loungers and palm trees, and a decent-sized pool to dip into. Plus, little ones get their own smaller space to splash. And if you want a drink or a bite to eat, you can pop over to the poolside bar. You can also grab breakfast here if you don’t fancy cooking or heading out.
