Sagitario Playa

The Sagitario Playa puts you within easy reach of some of Menorca’s biggest highlights. There’s a gorgeous sandy beach within walking distance, and the pretty resort centre of Cala Blanca is also close by. The cobbled, historic city of Ciutadella (once the island’s capital) is less than a five-minute taxi ride away, too.

 

Days can be as laid-back or as lively as you like at this place. Outside, two pools weave through palm-freckled grounds – one of which is dedicated to tots. There’s a third pool inside the spa if you fancy an indoor dip. This is also the place to head for soothing treatments, and little ones can even get in on the pampering thanks to special ones developed just for them.

 

If you want something more active, there’s a tennis court and a gym to work up a sweat in. And evenings are given over to entertainment for all the family, with shows, quizzes and karaoke nights on the agenda.

 

The buffet restaurant lays on international dishes at breakfast and dinnertime. For lunch, the pool bar serves food, and has a lovely al fresco dining area overlooking the pools.
