As well as having a sandy beach just 10 minutes' walk away – even less if you hop on the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus – you’ll be able to take your pick from a couple of outdoor pools, including a semi-Olympic size one, and there’s another shallow one designed with children in mind. The family-friendly appeal is enhanced by the water slides, the playground and the kids’ club, catering to ages three to seven as well as eight and above.

When you’re not relaxing on the beach or cooling off in one of the swimming pools, why not unwind with a traditional Turkish bath or a massage? Or, if you’ve got energy to burn, a game of beach volleyball or tennis is always on the cards, along with the daily entertainment programme which includes all kinds of sports activities and so much more.

Expect plenty of variety at the Inanna Buffet Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, succulent meat dishes at FELY Restaurant and Bar, and a delicious range of Turkish and Italian favourites at Olea Kitchen. Whether you’re in the mood for a morning coffee, an ice cream, a bite to eat by the beach or a pre-dinner cocktail, drinks and snacks are never far away, with five bars dotted throughout the complex, including one that’s open 24 hours a day.

Keen for a change of scene? The historic town centre of Side, with its impressive array of ancient Greek and Roman ruins, is a 5-10 minute taxi ride away.
