And how about a day at nearby Iztuzu Beach? Less than a minutes’ walk from the hotel you can hop on a water shuttle to ferry you the 20 minutes down-river to the shore. And when you get there? Picture soft, golden sand – kilometres of the stuff – that’s home to loggerhead Turtles.

Less than 15 minutes’ walking will take you into the centre of Dalyan, where you’ll have your pick of bars and restaurants serving up all manner of tasty cuisines. Grab drinks in town or head back to the hotel where you’ll find the evenings are just like the afternoons – laidback and low-key.
