Visit Almeria in June or July for gorgeous warm temperatures that peak in the late 20s. The sea is warm enough to swim in at this time, too. In these summer months Almeria has lots going on and a lively atmosphere, and blue skies and sunshine are the order of the day.

Avoid the crowds

Come in May and you’ll miss the crowds that descend on Almeria in the hot summer months. It’s still warm, with temperatures often reaching the mid-20s in the daytime, but evenings are cooler so don’t forget to bring a light jacket. The beaches are beautifully quiet this time of year, but the sea might be a little cold to swim in.
