Why fly to Jerez De La Frontera?
Spain’s gastronomic maridaje – the marriage of food and wine is in full swing in this town, where life is quite literally fuelled by sherry and tapas marching to flamenco beats. It is famous for its annual flamenco festival, but you can also find it in peñas (social clubs), tabancos (old-style bars), and late at night in the plazas.
