Lapad Holidays

Dubrovnik’s luxury resort

If you’re looking to escape the bustle of central Dubrovnik, Lapad – which roughly translates as ‘jewel’ – is a large peninsula with pristine beaches, pine-shaded promenades and attractive hotel resorts. Lapad holidays wouldn’t be complete without visiting its three main beaches of Copacabana, Cava and Uvala Bay. Offering superb levels of luxury, the private beach of Copacabana is studded with white-linen beds and provides special evening sunset cruises for visitors. Meanwhile, Cava and Uvala Bay are fabulous options for families.

Packed with great facilities and on-site restaurants, you can also hire inflatables or water skis. Some parts of the beach are sandy, others shingle or rock. Holidays to Lapad are all about luxury – the main stretch is where you’ll find the bulk of upscale hotels in Dubrovnik. This is also the place for fine-dining restaurants, extravagant beach clubs and sunset cocktail lounges.
