Go up Torre del Pirulico

How’s the weather?

There’s a wonderful microclimate here in sunny Mojacar. Thanks to the Sierra de Cabrera Mountains, it remains pleasantly mild through both the summer and winter.

Do you need a car?

You probably don’t need one as Mojacar is best explored on foot, and the beach easily reached by following one of the footpaths from the town centre.

What’s the ‘indalo’?

This symbol of Mojacar – a stylised man with an arch above his head – comes from an artefact found in the nearby Cueva de los Letreros. You’ll see it everywhere.
